1. The service

Virtual TryOn provides tools to scrape product images from supported websites, store personal photos, and generate AI virtual try-on results. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of photos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content only as needed to provide try-on and related features. Personal photo handling is also described in our Data Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or non-consensual imagery.
• Do not attempt to scrape or attack our systems beyond normal product use.
• Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not upload photos of minors without lawful authority and consent.

5. Third-party sites and AI providers

Product scraping depends on third-party storefronts. AI generation depends on providers such as Replicate and FASHN. Their availability, pricing, quality, and policies are outside our full control. Provider license terms may restrict commercial use of certain models.

6. Results disclaimer

Try-on outputs are AI-generated previews. They may not perfectly match real-world fit, color, fabric, or sizing. Always rely on the seller’s product details for purchase decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Virtual TryOn is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
